Well… our little permaculture gardens are turning out bushels of beans, gourds, cucumbers, mint, basil, and lot of other leafy greens that I have no idea what to call.












Fortunately, our ‘green thumbs’ know how to plant, harvest, cook, and of course consume them all. Guests are intrigued, and love knowing their meals are prepared with fresh veggies grown in the gardens next to their room. Love it!
